LXII: Dilly Zucchini Dip

1 c finely shredded zucchini, squeezed dry
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c mayonnaise
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 t lemon juice
1/2 t dill weed
1/4 t pepper

In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. Serve with vegetables.
